Jolanta was born on July 4th 1967 in Poland. She lives and creates in Olsztyn, Poland. She graduated in Graphic Department of The University of Warmia and Mazury, under Adolf Gwozdek in 2008.
She expresses herself in graphics, oils paintings, watercolours and photography. Due to her traveling passion, she uses lots of motives and concepts from her travel experience filtered through her own feelings and emotions.
She does art practice at the Institute of J. Pilsudski in New York, USA, is a member of the Artists Association “ FRONT SZTUKI” in Poland and participates in plenaries and symposiums not only in Poland but in other countries as well. Inspirations from her travels and bring new ideas and new art forms to her art. The most important element of her compositions is light as a symbol of energy.
