The Troubadours are a young group of accomplished musicians consisting of David Grindstaff, bass; Eric Hardin, banjo; Colby Laney, mandolin; and Ben Poteat, guitar.
While the band is newly formed, three of its members have known each other and played together for years. Grindstaff, Laney and Poteat first became musical friends while in high school and performed together in the local Marion, North Carolina band, Highway Bound. During this time, each member honed their musical skills and formed friendships that have lasted throughout the years.
